MY NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS!
I normally don't make NY's Resolutions because the chance of my keeping them would be slim to nothing but I have decided that this year that I am going to keep these!
Because I have had two back surgeries in five years, I have found it to be very important to continue to work out which I do at Curves 4-5 times a week!
I decided that this year I needed to concentrate on my Cardio so to beef this up, I began going to the Paradise Community Center and walk on the treadmill before or after working out at Curves and I have only been doing one mile a day because I don't have anyone to talk with and I get bored - I do have my iPod but that's not like talking with a real person - I am a person who likes to be around people and carry on conversations! Oh, well, I will learn to live with the music on my iPod and speed it up a bit and walk another mile or two on the treadmill - I know that I can do it!
I have also made a resolution to eat more veggies and fruit which is not so easy when we only have one real meal a day! Fruit is easier because that can fill in between meals but I am not going to cook green beans, asparagus or any other veggie to fill in so I basically get one veggie a day!
I waited two weeks to post this because I wanted to see if I could do this for that short amount of time.
